Refund Policy

We always aim to provide high-quality digital products. However, if you would like to request a refund, please contact us at info@meshtint.com. Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the nature of digital products and the availability of previews before purchase.

Please note that we are generally unable to provide refunds or credits under the following situations (including but not limited to):

  • The product was purchased by mistake
  • You changed your mind after purchase
  • You do not have the required knowledge or tools to use the product
  • The assets do not function in engines, software, or pipelines outside of Unity workflows
  • The request is made as a gesture of goodwill rather than due to a product issue

Once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed, it cannot be returned. Because of this, refunds are rarely granted unless there is a clear issue with the product itself.

If a refund is approved, it will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

EU Customers and Right of Withdrawal

Meshtint Studio products are digital products delivered immediately after purchase. For customers in the European Union, you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. However, this right may not apply once digital content has been delivered, accessed, or downloaded, if you have expressly consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal once the digital content is made available.

If you believe you are eligible to exercise your right of withdrawal, please submit a request through our EU Withdrawal Request page or contact us at info@meshtint.com with your name, order number, and email address used for the purchase. Each request will be reviewed based on the digital nature of the product, whether the product has been accessed or downloaded, and applicable consumer protection laws.
