There is no obligation to provide a refund or credit for reasons including (but not limited to) if you:
- bought a Product by mistake;
- have changed your mind about a Product;
- do not have sufficient expertise to use the Product;
- ask for goodwill;
When a refund or credit has been assessed by us as due, this will be paid using the same manner of purchase.
Please view preview images and videos before making purchase because we rarely issue refunds for digital products once the order is confirmed and the product is sent. This is because there is no way to truly return a purchased digital item.Thank you for your understanding.
